Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 25, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By deploying the Cybat AI agent within your Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Automated Actions & "False Positives"

Cybat AI uses Gemini-powered logic to execute automated security responses, including the blocking of IP addresses. You acknowledge that:

  • AI models are probabilistic and may occasionally misidentify legitimate traffic as malicious (a "False Positive").
  • Responsibility: You are responsible for configuring "Allow Lists" and monitoring the agent's actions via the Cybat AI dashboard.
  • No Liability: Cybat AI is not liable for any service disruptions or lost revenue resulting from automated blocking actions.

3. Service Integration

Cybat AI requires specific IAM permissions to interact with your Cloud Armor and Compute Firewall APIs. You retain full control over these permissions and may revoke them at any time, which will immediately terminate the agent's ability to protect your infrastructure.

4. Usage Restrictions

You may not use Cybat AI to:

  • Reverse engineer the underlying security algorithms or Gemini prompts.
  • Use the service to perform "Denial of Service" attacks against third parties.
  • Circulate the agent's internal threat intelligence data for commercial resale.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE 100% PROTECTION AGAINST ALL POSSIBLE CYBER THREATS.
